Rates & Insurance

 

Rates:
 

Our standard Private Pay fee is $175 for clinical assessment (first visit), $125 for a 50-minute session, and $160 for a 90-minute session, $150 for Family session. 

 

* We also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients and families who cannot otherwise afford counseling. If you are interested in a reduced-fee, please contact us and we'll let you know if there is a slot available.  

 

Out of network rates are available.

If we do not accept your insurance at this time you may be able to bill your insurance identifying us as an out-of-network provider.  Often this means that paying for our services will count towards your family's yearly deductible

* Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Payment:
Cash and check are accepted for payment. 

 

Cancellation Policy:
In order to provide the best possible service, we will appreciate your cooperation in scheduling appointments. If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no charge for these cancellations. However, a $50 fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and for other non-emergency unkept appointments. No Call/ No Show appointments are charged a $100 fee. Please keep in mind that we set aside a significant amount of time for each of your appointments.
